mgame Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the mgame online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the mgame service.

You Must Be 21 or Older

By creating an mgame account you confirm you are at least 21 years of age. This is a legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Underage accounts will be suspended and balances returned to the source payment method.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one mgame account. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent limits is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Bonus Terms Apply Strictly

All promotions on mgame carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering conditions have been met in full. Attempting to exploit bonuses is prohibited.

Fraud and Chargebacks Are Prohibited

Any fraudulent payment activity, chargeback attempt, or abuse of the mgame payment system will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities.

Keep Your Account Secure

You are fully responsible for all activity under your mgame login credentials. Do not share your password. mgame will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Enable two-factor authentication for additional security.

mgame May Suspend or Terminate Accounts

mgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account that violates these Terms, poses a risk to platform integrity, or fails identity verification requirements. Players will be notified where legally permissible.

Section 01

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document, including all schedules, policies, and supplemental rules incorporated by reference.

Term Definition
"mgame" The mgame online gaming platform accessible at mgame.lat, including all products, services, games, features, and related mobile interfaces offered thereunder.
"Company" The legal entity operating the mgame platform.
"Player" / "You" Any individual who registers for or uses an mgame account for the purpose of accessing gaming, wagering, or related services.
"Account" The personal account opened by a Player following successful registration on the mgame platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
"Real Money Games" Any game, wager, or bet placed on the mgame platform using funds deposited in the Player's account wallet.
"Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free spins credits, matched deposit bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by mgame, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by mgame before a Player may make withdrawals, as mandated by applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
"PAGCOR" Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing gaming activities in the Philippines.
Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mgame platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mgame platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the mgame service following notification of a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Section 03

Account Registration

To access Real Money Games on mgame, you must register and maintain a valid account. The following conditions apply to all mgame account registrations:

  • Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the mgame platform. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and such other details as mgame may require from time to time.
  • You must promptly notify mgame of any changes to your account information by contacting support. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
  • mgame reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all account information at any time, including requesting documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership.
  • Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or third-party information will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mgame login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately contact mgame Support at [email protected].

Section 04

Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the mgame platform. This age requirement is imposed by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply:

  • You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of the Company, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless an explicit written exception has been granted.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through mgame's own self-exclusion program or through any applicable gaming authority.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

mgame employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC process. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes fraud. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the source payment method, and any winnings will be forfeited.

Section 05

Deposits & Payments

mgame accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-resident players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay. Accepted methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed on the deposit screen following login.

Deposit Conditions

  • All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
  • Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the mgame deposit interface. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
  • mgame does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
  • Deposits are credited to your mgame wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable period, contact mgame Support with your transaction reference.

mgame reserves the right to conduct additional verification on deposits it considers unusual, large, or potentially associated with fraudulent activity, and may place a temporary hold on withdrawals during such verification.

Section 06

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available real money balance subject to the following conditions:

  • KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal will be processed. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and proof of payment method ownership.
  • Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal interface. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may also apply depending on your verification tier and loyalty status.
  • Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.
  • mgame reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
  • Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

mgame offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, bingo credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are available only to players who have registered a valid mgame account and are in good standing.
  • Each player is eligible to claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain after the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account.
  • Games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is set out in the individual promotion terms.
  • mgame reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if bonus abuse, exploitation of a software error, or collusion is detected.

mgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it. Any such modification will not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are in active use by players at the time of the change.

Section 08

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mgame platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to those studios' independent fairness certifications. The following rules apply to gameplay on mgame:

  • All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or by live dealer processes, as applicable to the game type. mgame does not manipulate game outcomes.
  • Technical malfunctions void all plays and bets. If a game malfunctions during a round, the affected bet will be returned to the Player's account and the round voided.
  • If a game displays an incorrect payout as a result of a software error, mgame reserves the right to correct the error and void the affected round. The Company is not liable for erroneous payouts resulting from software faults.
  • Players are prohibited from using any automated software (bots), artificial intelligence, statistical prediction software, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
  • Live casino table limits — including minimum and maximum bet sizes — are set by mgame and may vary by game, table, and player tier. Current limits are displayed within the game interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mgame platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant Philippine authorities:

  • Opening, operating, or using more than one mgame account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or third-party registration information.
  • Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity.
  • Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes on valid transactions.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker-format games.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  • Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, or configuration mistakes to gain undue advantage.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
  • Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your mgame account.
  • Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication towards mgame support staff or other players.
Section 10

Responsible Gaming

mgame is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Company takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has implemented the following tools and policies:

Player Protection Tools

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a given period.
  • Session Time Reminders: mgame provides configurable session duration reminders.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which access to Real Money Games is restricted.
  • Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum of six (6) months. Self-exclusion periods are strictly enforced and cannot be reversed before they expire.

Players who have self-excluded from mgame must not attempt to open new accounts or access the platform during their exclusion period. mgame will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion; however, the Company cannot guarantee prevention of all access.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the mgame platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, text, logos, brand name, game interfaces, and all other content, are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Company's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the mgame platform without the Company's prior written consent. Use of the mgame brand name, logo, or trade dress in any context not explicitly permitted by these Terms is prohibited.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the mgame platform.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the mgame service, whether planned or unplanned.
  • Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
  • Technical malfunctions or failures in third-party payment processing systems, including delays in GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer processing.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Section 13

Privacy & Data Protection

The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on mgame, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mgame collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where consent has been given). Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mgame will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and/or sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.

For non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by law — the Company may update these Terms immediately without advance notice.

The version of these Terms displayed on the mgame platform at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute, subject to any advance notice period still in effect.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the mgame platform shall first be submitted to the Company's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, contact mgame Support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from exercising any statutory rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection law.
