With Service Providers

mgame engages licensed third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under data processing agreements. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, partner banks), fraud prevention services, cloud hosting providers, customer support software providers, and analytics platforms. Service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than the service they provide to mgame.

With Regulatory Authorities

With Game Studio Providers

In the Event of a Business Transfer

If the Company is subject to a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy protections applicable to your data.

Section 08

Data Retention

mgame retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention period required by Philippine law. The following retention principles apply:

  • Active account data: Retained for the duration of your mgame account plus five (5) years following account closure, to satisfy AML record-keeping requirements.
  • KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by applicable Philippine AML regulations.
  • Financial transaction records: Retained for five (5) years following the date of the transaction.
  • Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of account activity. Consent withdrawal records are retained indefinitely for audit purposes.
  • Technical and device logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud detection purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be linked to any identifiable individual.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe your data rights have been violated.

mgame will respond to data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with notice to the requester. We may need to verify your identity before processing any data rights request.

Section 12

Children's Privacy — Strict 21+ Requirement

The mgame platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, we will immediately close the associated account, return any deposits to the source payment method, and delete the personal data from our systems.
